1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jljl5com website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by jljl5com ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through jljl5com, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jljl5com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jljl5com is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljl5com login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jljl5com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jljl5com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jljl5com may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jljl5com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jljl5com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the jljl5com cashier section and are subject to change. jljl5com reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

jljl5com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jljl5com Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and other game categories — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action or jljl5com intervention.

6.2 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on jljl5com are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. jljl5com will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrectly placed bets. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jljl5com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jljl5com cover local Philippine leagues including the PBA, as well as international competitions such as the NBA, UFC, Premier League, and other major sporting events. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. jljl5com reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its sports betting rules in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

jljl5com is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power interruption, or device failure on the player's end during an active game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state.

7 Responsible Gaming

jljl5com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl5com Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jljl5com staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jljl5com Platform or its underlying software.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jljl5com Platform — including but not limited to the jljl5com brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jljl5com or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jljl5com Platform without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljl5com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by jljl5com in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including the suspension or termination of your account.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or promotional information that is corrected promptly upon discovery.

jljl5com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljl5com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jljl5com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jljl5com implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

jljl5com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jljl5com reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to jljl5com's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, players must contact jljl5com support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. jljl5com will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jljl5com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jljl5com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jljl5com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
